| HOW TO ENTER |
| You are required to answer all the
questions and make a slogan. Fill
up the required form (fields marked
with * must be completed) and click
on the submit button once you are
done. |

| ELIGIBILITY |
The Contest is open to all registered
user who are Malaysian citizens residing
in Malaysia. The employees of EMI
Malaysia and members of their immediate
families and/or persons living in
the same household are ineligible
to enter the Contest.
Failure to provide true and accurate
information will automatically disqualify
the Contestant from participating
in the Contest. |

| DURATION |
| The Contest commences (on) 26 November
2007 and ends at 11:59pm on (14 December
2007) ("Contest Period").
Any entries entered after this time
will not be considered. The Contest
Administrator reserves the right to
shorten and/or lengthen the duration
of the actual Contest Period. |

| HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS
CONTEST |
Contestants are required to answer
all questions and create a slogan.
You can enter as many times as you
like, giving you a higher chance of
winning. |

| WINNERS SELECTION |
Winners of the Contest will be selected
by the Contest Administrator based
on the correct answers given and the
most creative slogan created.

| PRIZES |
Prizes are subject to change without
notice. Prizes are not transferable
nor redeemable for cash.
EMI Malaysia only bears the cost for
the tickets of The Return Of The Spice
Girl;s Concert in London. Return flight
tickets, airport taxes, accommodation,
transportation and food & beverage
will be solely the winners responsibility. |

| DECISION |
| The Contest Administrator's decision
is final and no correspondence shall
be entertained. |
| |
| NOTIFICATION |
| The winners' list will be posted
in this site on (17th December 2007).
Simultaneously, winners will be notified
via email and winners must be in contact
with EMI Malaysia (via telephone,
email or fax) within 5 days after
receiving the said notification. The
winner's Name and IC will be posted
on this site. E-mail auto replies
are not acceptable. If EMI Malaysia
does not receive a reply within 5
days from the said notification, the
winner will be disqualified. The Contest
Administrator shall, at its own discretion,
select an alternate winner in the
event of non-compliance of this Official
Rules. |

| Contestants agree that the Contest
Administrator, Contest Organizers
and its respective agents shall not
be is not in any way liable for damage,
loss or injury resulting from you
participating in the Contest due to
computer malfunctions, misdirected
or incomplete entries or acceptance
and use of the Prizes or for any technical
problems, malfunctions of any telephone
lines, computer systems, servers,
providers, hardware, software, lost
or unavailable network connections
or failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmission or any
combination thereof. Contestants assume
liability for injuries caused or claimed
to be caused by their participation
in the Contest, or the use or misuse
of the Prize. EMI (Malaysia) Sdn.
Bhd. reserves the right in its sole
discretion, to cancel or suspend this
Contest should virus, bugs or other
causes beyond the control of EMI (Malaysia)
Sdn. Bhd., corrupt the administration,
security or proper registration of
this Contest. |

| Contestants agree that all information
will become the property of the Contest
Organizers and may be used for marketing
purposes by the Contest Organizers.
The Contest Organizers fully reserves
